The Nightmare Before Christmas Shooting Highlights

The character of Behemoth is based on the Swedish wrestler and B-class film star Tor Johnson.
The cat in the first film "Vincent" directed by Tim Burton is the one that jumped into the trash at the beginning of the film.
Tim Burton said that the film was inspired by his seeing a shop changing the Halloween goods in the window for Christmas goods.
When the lights were looking for the missing Jack, the audience could hear an excerpt from "Batman".
Two of the Christmas gifts given by Jack in the film were also advertised for "Batman Returns" that Bolton was directing at the time. One was a bad duck with its feet on wheels, and the other was an evil cat toy.
Both Jack and Snake appeared in Burton's 1988 film "Beatles Juice".
This is Tim Burton's first cartoon filmed entirely in model freeze-frame mode.

For this film, one of the biggest misunderstandings is that it is generally believed that it was directed by Tim Burton... No wonder this film is re-screened every Halloween. The 3D effect will definitely be great!

Created a precedent for gothic style puppet stop-motion animation, and at the same time incorporated the opera element of talking and singing. Although Burton's non-director is only one of the producers, its grotesque plot and romantic sentiment are easily reminiscent of the later "Zombie Bride". Create a novel and exciting visual experience through the staggered difference between Halloween and Christmas. Although the story is simple, the techniques and atmosphere are superb.

The Nightmare Before Christmas quotes

  • Santa: Haven't you heard of peace on earth and goodwill toward men?

    LockShockBarrel: NO!

  • Jack Skellington: [singing] Just because I cannot see it, doesn't mean I can't believe it!
