In the autumn of 1977, Ms. Shepherd, a wandering old lady with a weird personality, came to a middle-class community in the East End of London. She drove an unbreakable classic van, eating, drinking, and sleeping, all in the car. Every family in the community leads a decent life, and the old lady is like a smelly old hen, breaking into the backyard of the peacocks murderously.
