The Kite Runner evaluation action

The close friendship between Amir and his father and servant son Hassan has become the thread that runs through the book. The author's Afghan is warm and relaxed, but it is tense because of the friction between different races, and it is full of unforgettable scenes.
There is no false pretense, no groaning without illness, only a refined chapter, which delicately outlines family and friendship, betrayal and redemption. The author's love for the motherland is obviously as deep as the hatred for the vicissitudes that caused it today. The story is eloquent, lightly described, similar to Kawabata Yasunari's "Thousand Cranes".
In a world where the flames of war and gunpowder are still pervading, no matter how various art forms are singing and dancing, it is always impossible to whitewash a beautiful world.
For the first time, the film gave the West the opportunity to understand Afghanistan from a different perspective. Let the audience see people from different cultures, regions, and beliefs, in fact, they share topics of common concern. For example, family, such as friendship, in these aspects, our hearts are connected.

The Kite Runner quotes

  • Baba: [regarding the mullahs, who teach that drinking alcohol is a sin] I piss on the beards of all those self-righteous monkeys.

  • Amir: [explaining Sohrab's presence] You see, General Sahib, my father slept with his servant's wife, and she bore him a son named Hassan. Hassan is dead now. That boy sleeping in the other room is Hassan's son. He's my nephew. That's what you tell people when they ask. And one more thing, General Sahib: you will never again refer to him as "a Hazara boy" in my presence. He has a name, and it's Sohrab.
