What "The Hunger Games 3: Mockingjay (Part 1)" lacks is a solid storyline that runs through the film. The first two films are characterized by a fascinating and well-structured story frame, but the whole film is very loose. ()
The production of "The Hunger Games 3: Mockingjay (Part 1)" is still excellent, but it can't compare with the previous two movies. Although the foreplay of the film's surprise ending is very good. ()
After two excellent works, "The Hunger Games 3: Mockingjay (Part 1)" really makes people feel hungry, as if they are in front of a well-prepared but tasteless and nutritious meal. ()
The film is like an overly lengthy trailer for an upcoming movie. The director dragged the 45-minute storyline into a two-hour movie that seemed too leisurely. ()
"The Hunger Games 3: Mockingjay (Part 1)" is very lacking in action, but if the movie has a clever script like the previous one, this shortcoming can be ignored. The film also has the problem of over-expanding the original work. ()
