People who died of a mysterious heart disease appeared one after another in Fulwater City. The psychic Frank was accidentally involved in this incident. Frank's wife died in a car accident, and he survived to gain the ability to talk to the soul.
He met three ghost friends to make a living by providing "ghost exorcism services". When he pretended to exorcise ghosts at Lucy's house, he found the number 37 on Lucy's husband Lei's forehead. He was very confused. Soon after, Lei suffered a heart attack and died. In order to comfort Lucy, Frank ate dinner with Lucy and passed a message to Lucy for Ray. Later, he read a string of numbers on Lucy's forehead. He is determined to become a ghost to find the murderer. For this, he asked Lucy to lock him in the cold storage of the hospital. Frank finally learned that the murderer was the ghost of Johnny who killed 13 people in a carnival a few years ago. Although others are dead, their souls are still bloodthirsty.
