"La doppia ora" looks like a typical thriller and suspense genre at first glance, but its style actually changes frequently and is surprisingly flexible and natural. Directors and screenwriters have put all kinds of "genre new clothes" on the film, including thrillers, suspense films, and even psychological dramas, and these styles have never stopped changing for a moment. Although "seeing the truth" requires rigorous deciphering and deliberately going the wrong way, the script successfully maintains the integrity of the story, and while repeatedly shocking the audience, it can still leave no trace. Let the plot move forward like a stream of water.
Giuseppe Capotondi's good grasp of rhythm combined with Kseniya Aleksándrovna Rappoport's charismatic performance makes for a natural progression of the plot. Kseniya Aleksándrovna Rappoport, as always, performs her own unique "magic", keeping the audience's eyes closely following her characters and whatever happens to her in the film. Tat Radcliffe's cinematography gives the film an unhurried attitude, and the work is done well on every technical level
