In 1989, the operator of the emergency call center received a 911 call from Maria Rossiplayed by. She admitted that she had just killed three people with very cruel methods. Twenty years later, Maria’s daughter Isabellaeager to know if her mother is a murderer, and what terrible changes happened on that crucial night. Isabella came to the San Treno Hospital in Italy alone. This is a place for detention and treatment of mental patients who have committed serious crimes. Her mother Maria has been undergoing some medical tests here, just for the sake of Diagnose and verify whether she has a mental problem or is possessed by the devil. Later, Isabella found two young exorcists, hoping to cure her poor mother who was tortured by breaking the tradition and combining science and religious theories. However, what they could not imagine was that what they were about to face turned out to be such a pure evil.
