The Current War: Director's Cut evaluation action

The film is surprisingly boring, andtells a story that's not cinematic.
The film can only be regarded as an ordinary and interesting history lesson for the audience. Although Cumberbatch and Shannon did their best, they were helpless. There was no "electric spark" in the whole film.
The film's overuse of cameras, dizzying fisheye lenses, and bombarding special effects make it impossible to give the story of two inventors, Edison and Westinghouse, dramatic appeal
The film is engaging and focused, focusing on history and the rivalry between Edison, who invented the light bulb, and Westinghouse, who invented the air brake on locomotives, but at the same time, the film is not very bright. The characters do not arouse the audience's interest at all.
