"The Bang Bang Club", under the deployment of director Steven Sylvain, presents a "fake documentary"-style authenticity and coldness. In the natural march, the shooting process of the two works "Death of Shabalala" and "The Hungry Sudan" is restored. Coupled with the use of a large number of shots, the noisy chaos, horror and despair of the time are reproduced. Although the film is a feature film, it uses an almost drifting recording method to reproduce the photographers' life clips in a calm manner. There is no sensationalism, and there is no sad song, all brushstrokes are faint tastes.
