Elliott Tibber is an American gay writer and designer. His parents opened a motel in Bethel, a suburb of New York. In order to take care of his stingy mother, he gave up his job as a designer in New York. The family helped take care of the motel business. In order to attract customers to improve their struggling business, they dug a swimming pool in front of their home. Michael Lang () and other four young people intend to hold a music festival. Tibber owns the only music festival license in Bethel. Thinking that holding a music festival can attract more business for his motel, Tibber agreed to contribute his license and also contributed the hotel to the music festival. The organizers serve as the base camp. Facing the opposition of the local government, he started to work hard for his dream of music, even not hesitating to avoid concert tickets.
