Los Angeles Police Department (SPECIAL WEAPONS AND TACTICS) special police Paul Cutler (played by Gabriel Macht) was assigned to the Detroit (Special response team) special police team to help train. After being taken away by the FBI, Walter, who refused to complete the FBI mission due to retaliation, actually killed the FBI agent. In the following days, Walter killed the teammates next to Cutler one by one, and finally captured the Kim who Lori and Cutler had just met in Detroit and had a crush.
