Rich son Dominic ( Jakub Gierszal Jakub Gierszał) has his parents, many friends and a carefree life. He kissed the handsome guy Alex ( Bartosz Gelner ) at a party because he lost a bet , and the whole process turned into an online video the next day. Alex insisted that Dominic "has a physiological response," and Dominic immediately became the focus of the topic. Parents only knew to satisfy their son with material things, so depressed, he simply dropped out of school and immersed himself in the Networkchat room . One day he met Silvia (Roma Gasiorowska), a girl with pink hair online, and was invited to enter a virtual world specially prepared for suicidal teenagers. It was called the "suicide room".
"Sala Samobójców" uses a combination of real people and three-dimensional animation to tell the story of a teenager who is desperate for reality and self-exiles to the virtual space of the Internet. It leads the audience to witness a youthful rebellion and self-destruction. The film was shortlisted for the panoramic section of the Berlin International Film Festival in 2011, and was hailed as "Poland's most brutal film in the past 20 years".
