Strike Back Season 1
On the eve of the Second Gulf War in 2003 , Porter led a team of special forces in a daring hostage rescue operation in the heart of Basra. For him and Collinson, it eventually turned into a costly operation. Afterwards, Porter felt guilty for years and could not handle himself. Until an opportunity presented itself, he was able to return to Iraq and regroup. After many years apart, Porter and Collinson's lives meet again.
Strike Back Season 2
John Porter is back, and this time in an unprecedented predicament.
Division 20 is a new, well-trained and battle-hardened group. It consists of British Sergeant Machael Stonebridge, who has been awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star, and Damien Scott , a former Delta Force commando. They are tasked with the resolute Colonel Eleanor Grant to hunt down a dangerous, elusive terrorist and defuse a conspiracy that could spark war.
John Porter has been sent undercover for two months to track down the infamous Latif. Colonel Eleanor Grant heard about him again during a disgusting capture broadcast.
Stonebridge and his team made a surprise attack, but Latif was one step ahead of them and their rescue plan failed. Latif will execute Porter, and all the members of Division 20 can only watch the tragedy unfold. However, with the help of Porter's American friend Damien Scott, the only officer who had ever seen Latif, Division 20 uncovered the clues Porter left on his deathbed.
Strike Back Season 3
In the first episode of season three (known in the U.S. as season two), Scott hopes Kenya will help them transport a Libyan seeking asylum, only to be caught up in a kidnapping plot, where he and three other hostages end up in Mogadi, Somalia Sand in the hands of a warlord. Meanwhile, Stonebridge is training new recruits from Division 20 in the UK. One of the trainees was emotionally unstable, and Stonebridge was forced to handle it carefully.

After a rare vacation, Scott and Stonebridge are recalled to Division 20 for a new assignment. When another Division 20 agent tragically dies in Beirut, Lebanon tracking the enigmatic terrorist al-Zuhari, Scott and Stonebridge must find out what happened. A new clue leads them to the remote jungles of The Republic of Colombia - an area believed to be lurking in the hands of a powerful drug cartel by an ally of al-Zuhari.
Rhona Mitra will continue to play Major Rachel Dalton this season, Michelle Lukes as Sergeant Julia Richmond and Liam Garrigan as Sergeant Liam Baxter.
New cast members this season include: Robson Green as Colonel Philip Locke; Dougray Scott as renegade agent James Leatherby; Milauna Jackson as Kim Martinez, a key figure the Counter-Terrorism Squad encounters during their mission; Zubin Varla as the mysterious suspect Leo Kamali.
