Los Angeles fell into chaos on December 30, 1999. Although the police had three steps, one post, five steps, and one guard, various vicious cases still occurred one after another. Lenny is a local outgoing police detective and has a thorough understanding of this cannibalistic metropolis. In order to live, he does everything that is paid, but he can only kill. But fate is embarrassing for him: Iris Fortunesinger , the girl who worked for him, is murdered, and the murderer deliberately planted and framed him. Right now, only Mas and Ultraman Max can be trusted. They work together to subdue this perverted killer. The idea of this sci-fi action movie comes from the famous James Greg Cameron , who wrote the script by him and Jay Cox . They hope to create a true and credible character. Let the audience share the same fate with them, and at the same time pay attention to the problems we all face together at the end of the century
