This film tells the story of Tie Monkey ( Dino ) and Tie Snake ( Owodog Zhuang ) who grew up together in Cinder Hutong . The eldest brother Tie Snake is loyal and responsible, and he is the support of this gang of hutongs. Iron Monkey, who loves Street Dance more than life, grew up in foster care with Felix ( Meng Mei Qi ). She was shy and silently guarding her younger sister Felix , who grew up together for many years.
