Not wanting to go the revolutionary cinema route, Something in the Air quietly demystifies its theme. The film is soulful without being overly indulgent; the characters' experiences appear real and natural, rather than grabbing the audience with intoxication and excitement. (

"Something in the Air" is so flow-conscious in its plot development that some inexplicable clips in the middle take the story slightly off-line.
