Rose could not accept that his daughter, Sharon, had a strange illness and was advised by the doctor to receive psychiatric supervision and treatment permanently. In spite of her husband's opposition, she took her critically ill daughter and fled home to find a cure. Halfway, they followed an entrance sign and walked into a desolate town called Silent Hill. Soon Sharon suddenly disappeared, but the terrified Rose found strange figures that looked like her daughters wandering around the town, and she could only follow these figures all the way to try to find her daughter.
Going deeper into the town, Ross began to realize that this town was definitely not an ordinary town. There were many mysterious monsters lurking here, and the only living people in the town were swallowed by the shadows one after another. Following this, Rose met Sybil, the policewoman sent by the police to bring the missing mother and daughter home. The two were clueless to find a girl together, but Rose gradually uncovered the origins of Silent Hill under the mist. And realized that Sharon turned out to be just a little pawn in a huge conspiracy.
