Tonyis a bottom-level gunman in the Italian underworld. He is ambitious and dissatisfied with his boss's laziness and waiting to not take the initiative to expand the smuggling market. He wants to gradually expand the underworld and hold it in his own hands. He relied on brutal violence to pave the way for himself, accumulating power bit by bit through violent crime after crime, becoming the natural leader of the gang of gangsters around him. Later, he discovered a practical new weapon, the Thompson submachine gun, and went even further into the heartland of rival criminal gangs. Tony used to look out of his window to a giant neon tourist ad across the street: The world is yours.
However, the more Tony desired to expand his power, the more reckless and impetuous his temper became, including the overly enforced protection of his sister's chastity. After a major murder, Tony escaped to Florida for a month. When he returns, he finds one of his underworld members living in love with his sister. Tony approached the door and shot the man, before hearing from his sister that the two had actually just gotten married. Soon after, the police surrounded Tony's apartment. Tony and his sister resisted the police in the room until the sister was shot and died. In the end, the police threw smoke bombs, forcing Tony to surrender. He couldn't stand the smoke-filled room, and he couldn't stand the loneliness after his sister died. Even so, he still intends to desperately escape the French Open
