The play sets its sights on five young people who have just graduated from the police academy-they are energetic, full of ambition, and eager to make a big splash in their jobs. But will everything go as smoothly as they thought? From the first day of putting on the police uniform, this group of "rookie policemen" plunged headlong into a world full of dangers. In this world, even the slightest mistake can cause the most unfortunate result. Sadness, grief, anger, helplessness, hesitation. these are things they have to face every day.
The 26-year-old perfectionist Andy McNally ( Missy Peregrym ) is the " spiritual leader " of this group of young people . Because he once made a mistake at work, Andy would not forgive himself for the rest of his life. She kept admonishing herself: to be a "good policeman." Her father was also a policeman, but he was not a good policeman, nor was he a good father.
