Rescue Dawn movie plot

German-born Dieter Dangerhas dreamed of flying an airplane soaring into the sky since he was a child . When he grew up, he immigrated to the United States with his family, joined the army and became a real pilot. Dieter then joined the navy and joined the battlefield in Vietnam. On the way to the mission, the Dieter plane was unfortunately shot down by ground artillery fire from the Vietnamese army. He was lucky enough to escape, but he was eventually captured by the enemy and tortured. Dieter was taken to a prisoner-of-war concentration camp in Laos, where there were several fellow American troops. The guarding enemy gave them inhuman treatment. Dieter secretly made up his mind to escape before sitting down, but his surrounding companions, Jeanand Dunn, did not think so. They don't have much confidence. After some persuasion, Dieter carefully planned to escape from prison when the rainy season came. They have to face endless jungles, hunger, wild beasts, and Vietnamese who don’t know where they are   .
