The style of "Rambo 5" is more inclined to films like "Hurricane Rescue" or "Quick Hunting". But letting Stallone do what he does best is very interesting in itself, even if the final outcome is a little frustrating. Basically, the story line of "Hurricane Rescue" is adopted, and until something happens, it becomes a revenge story like "Quick Chase", which is a bit new. Director Adrian Gruberg, based on the limited scripts of the two screenwriters Stallone and Matthew Sironic, has tried his best, but he still relies too much on the metaphors of other action movies. There are also problems with the villain characters in the film. All Mexican characters depicted in the film are either criminals or prostitutes, which is too cliché and boring.

The first blood 5, the last one, the plot is out of standard. The biggest failure is "the death of daughter Gabrielle". The scene is more than wonderful, but it can't support the completion of a successful film.
