Patton shooting process

Producer Frank McCarthy is a retired brigadier general who served in General George C. Marshall in World War II. In order to make a film about Patton, he prepared for 20 years.
Most of the lines in the opening speech were really quoted from George Button. But these words are not what he made in one speech, but a comprehensive version of his many speeches. George Scott felt that he did not fully grasp the character of the character Patton. He deeply apologized to Franklin Schaffani, because he did not fully realize the complexity of this character.
In the tank battlefield in the movie, Patton's army uses the outdated WW2 M-24 light (Chaffee) tank. However, the German military used the American M-60 Patton tank after the war. This seems to be a kind of irony to some extent, naming the M-60 "Barton".
