Patton evaluation action

The film is an epic biographical film that tells the life experience of Patton. The beautiful scenery of nature and the atmosphere of war in the film are intertwined into pictures with strong visual impact.
I don’t know if the film conveys a kind of pessimism, but Patton’s romanticism, his little big mouth, and even his cynicism about the world and politics, are the same as his retroist feelings and never belong to the 20th century. A Don Quixote character belonging to the 16th century was able to enjoy the honor and achievement in the most important world war of the 20th century, which itself was bestowed by God.
The film is a classic, telling the glorious life of Patton. The performance of George Scott, the actor who played Patton, is a classic. He superbly portrayed this unruly, majestic and arrogant legendary general. The image of PATTON, a model of an American military strongman, is brought to life on the screen.
The film describes the historical facts of the war, but the camera is almost always aimed at the protagonist, cleverly allowing people to feel the power of the German army from the power of Patton. The protagonist’s acting skills are superb, especially in the opening scene—the protagonist makes a five-minute opening monologue against the backdrop of the American flag filling the screen. This is a difficult anti-traditional process, and it is also the most famous section of the film. The performance of the actor George Scott, who plays Patton, is a classic in the film. He superbly portrayed this unruly, dignified and arrogant legendary general.

Patton quotes

  • Patton: There's only one proper way for a professional soldier to die: the last bullet of the last battle of the last war.

  • [last lines]

Patton: [voiceover] For over a thousand years, Roman conquerors returning from the wars enjoyed the honor of a triumph - a tumultuous parade. In the procession came trumpeters and musicians and strange animals from the conquered territories, together with carts laden with treasure and captured armaments. The conqueror rode in a triumphal chariot, the dazed prisoners walking in chains before him. Sometimes his children, robed in white, stood with him in the chariot, or rode the trace horses. A slave stood behind the conqueror, holding a golden crown, and whispering in his ear a warning: that all glory is fleeting.
