A group of people who feel they have been betrayed by the government and who have lost faith in the mechanisms of policy management can no longer tolerate the indifference of others. So they themselves established a set of extrajudicial methods of modern society to correct the mistakes in their eyes.
Director and screenwriter Nick Raff created the film based on news from the newspapers and stories told to him by others across the UK. Although the film's narrative line is fictional, many of the events depicted in the film have actually happened.
