The story starts from the perspective of a police officer, telling the story of a new police officer in a small town in Florida investigating mysterious consecutive deaths. The deaths of the dead are horrible, and the blood in the body of the deceased is sucked up and becomes a mummy. The town has always said that there is a strange creature living in a place called "Black Water" in the depths of the swamp. It will follow the trail of a person and kill a person at the most feared moment. The police officer did not believe in such legends, and launched various investigations without a clue. Some people died bizarrely during the investigation. The residents of the small town did not have any favorable impressions of this police officer from afar. Can he solve this case?
