- In 2003, George Miller planned to shoot a new version of "Crazy Max" in the desert of Namibia, but the filming plan was forced to be shelved due to the tightening of travel and transportation restrictions with many countries by the United States at that time and the outbreak of the Iraq War.
- Between 2003 and 2009 when the filming plan was stranded, George Miller once planned to make the story into a 3D cartoon. Leading actor Tom Hardy signed a contract to film the trilogy.
- The first "Mad Max" was filmed in 1979, costing 350,000 US dollars. It was filmed by director Miller with his salary as an emergency room doctor, and it became popular with the newcomer Mel Gibson at the time.
- The modified car in the film was designed by Colin Gibson, who has served as the art director for films such as "Dinosaurs" and "Little Pig Enters the City". The film has designed more than 150 modified models.
- More than 80% of the special effects in the film are not computer special effects, but rely on actual shooting, makeup, special effects and props. The use of computer CGI is mainly in the natural scenery of Namibia, removing special effects and props and the prosthesis of Theron in the film.
- Many popular catwalk supermodels joined the filming, including British Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Australia's Abbey Lee Kershaw and American supermodel Riley Keough, who is also Elvis' granddaughter.
- The film had a storyboard before it had a script. The storyboard is completed by five painters, a total of 3,500 pictures. Director Miller believes that the film is a "continuous chase", the lines do not need much, the vision is the most important thing.
- Charlize Theron cut his hair for the role of Forioza in the film, so he had to wear a wig when he starred in "The West's A Million To Die."
- The scenes of the film are all shot in the chronological order of the events in the story.
- The new version was originally planned to be filmed in Australia in the summer of 2010 and was released in 2011, but the weather conditions and changing geographical environment made the filming time not to be delayed repeatedly.
- The new version is not a remake. On the contrary, director George Miller upgraded the old version of the world view and moved the story to Australia after the end of the nuclear war. The new version of Max is set as a fearless man who has lost all his loved ones.
- Warner Inc. originally planned to show the first trailer of 2016 "Batman v Superman" in the theater of "Furious Fury", but the trailer finally leaked before the film was released.
- Australian male stars Sam Worthington and Eric Barna have been rumored to be candidates for the new version of Max, but Worthington revealed that neither of them has received a performance offer.
- Australian actress Teresa Palmer was originally scheduled to play the role of Abbey Kershaw, but unfortunately not able to play the role after the filming schedule was postponed.

Barely 5 stars. Very cool, this coolness does not come from the action, but from the design of various cults. The shots and editing are also in place. Some cult designs are really funny. A group of people drove a modified car with a pinch, and there was a guitar cheering on the side, and there was a big speaker at the back. This scene could be in the top 10 of the annual cult scene.

This is actually a series, no wonder it looks familiar. There is no plot at all. Although the scene is 3d, I didn't feel shocked at all. It doesn't matter if the setting is weird, it's just a movie anyway. Can the characters be paler! Give one more star to the starry sky scene in the desert.
