"London River" focuses on describing the process of two strangers with different nationalities, different cultural backgrounds and even different religious beliefs, from mutual opposition to mutual understanding and tolerance. And the whole film is full of tragic atmosphere at the end in a satisfactory way, which can be said to be quite meaningful and intriguing. The plot opens with two lines, the context is clear and there is no sense of clutter. The huge difference between the two characters in the play has been raised to an extreme with the different styles of the two actors, which is also a major advantage of the film. The only downside is that the film's brisk and light-hearted jazz background music is somewhat out of place
