In the future world, the extraordinary agent Snowwas framed during the mission and imprisoned and lost his freedom. At this time, the daughter of the President of the United States, Emily, visited the "Lock-Out" base in outer space as a visiting scholar. This is a space experimental prison, where 500 of the most dangerous criminals on the planet are imprisoned, all of whom are put in a deep sleep by high technology.
