The film is an independently produced low-cost film. It stretches the lens to a corner of human nature that Hollywood film companies dare not touch. Through the shaping of several three-dimensional characters, it subtly reflects the collision between the soul of the teenager and reality, revealing The contradiction between personal desire and social morality. The most successful part of the film is the creation of a pedophile who has flesh and blood and is difficult to label as "good" or "bad"
.
The film vividly demonstrates the bewildering and ambiguous relationship between Howie and the Great John with subtle and delicate techniques. The film fully demonstrates the dark and bitter side of real life, but its artistic sculpting conceals its desolate atmosphere, making it a bit relaxed and easy to accept
