Milan, at noon. The streets are full of vehicles, the sidewalks are full of people; the traffic police are too busy; the street cars are crowded with depressed, exhausted passengers.
In a sunny ward with bright windows, 45-year-old Tommaso Gallani was tortured with severe illness and rolled over his bed. Chen almost roared in pain in his throat. A doctor and a nurse stood by his bed, the doctor comforted him while giving him injections. The needle had an effect in his heart, and after a while, he calmed down.
The writer Giovanni Pontano and his wife Lydia came to visit his old friend Gallani. When Tommaso saw the two coming in, he greeted him, Giovanni tried his best to talk to Tommaso about his new book easily. Lydia couldn't bear to see Tommaso endure the pain, and left first.
Giovanni came to the car and sat next to Lydia. While driving, he drove to Lydia and told Lydia that he had just met a girl in the hospital. When the girl saw him, she pounced on him. Lydia listened indifferently, and was not surprised to tell Giovanni that this was not the first time. once. And said that these experiences can be written a book, Giovanni looked at her angrily, not understanding what she meant. The car finally stopped and they came to the door of a publishing house.
The two walked in and were immediately surrounded by applause and crowds as soon as they arrived. The stage was full of Giovanni's new book "Seasons," and people gathered around Giovanni and asked him to sign the new book. Lydia walked towards the door alone, walking slowly and aimlessly down the street.
Giovanni returned home and found that Lydia hadn't returned, so he picked up the new book that had just been published, flipped it through, and threw it to the ground in disgust. Lydia wandered alone on the street and came to her previous residence. After seeing the previous houses, new buildings were built. She slowly walked back to the street, called her home, and asked Giovanni to drive her to pick her up.

In Antonioni's film, there is a gap between people, either silent or pursuing but not understanding. Communication is not the beginning or promotion of love, but the end of love.

"Night" is really the (relatively) dullest of Ahn's 1960s trilogy. The first half of the opening scene in Dying Atmosphere showcases women's viewing - no doubt an exploration of Rossellini-Berman's work : We see Lidia wandering and staring again and again, but the film offers less of her subjective point of view, focusing on "she is looking" and "we are looking at her who is looking"; what caught her eye? In fact it is the worldness of the world - a deep focus lens strongly suggests this: while extremely sharp front and rear backgrounds are absolutely against the laws of vision, yet the world is so present in the image that it is "too much" Too much" and "too real", so as to trigger the protagonist's fear and exploration. It is a pity that the film finally arranges a visible traditional interpretation for this inspection and call: Giovanni is portrayed as similar to Sandro in "Adventures" but the explorer Lidia does not have the power of Claudia, saying "I don't know you" like she did, and pushing him away.
