King of California Movie Appreciation

"The King of State of California" is a non-comedy, non-expedition treasure hunt, and the whole movie feels so depressing. The down-and-out ordinary people are frantically pursuing things that seem to be nothing and ethereal. Because reality can't give them any hope;wish;expect;want . At the beginning, he had the common sense and rationality of a normal person, and he refused Charles the Great's crazy plan. But she still got involved in the end, didn't she? What can she get from the common sense and reason of normal people: the old house eroded by the wind and rain, the increasingly weird old man, the verbose McDonald's customer, the dirty dishes in the kitchen.
At the beginning of the film, I walked out of the house, surrounded by large-scale construction projects, but my house stood deadly in a hustle and bustle of despair. From here, despair laid the groundwork for it. When he found out that Charles the Great had used his car one morning, he rushed out of the house angrily. When she passed by the newly moved neighbor's house next door, they were happily being awarded some bonus. Going through the beaming crowd with a dark face, the contrast between despair and hope; wish; expect; want is so obvious. So even though Charles the Great's plan is so unreasonable, but compared to the gloomy life, that kind of nonsensical fantasy is as dazzling and so seductive as a light in the dark night. Since there is no one to rely on, I simply followed this absurd plan, at least there is the shadow of hope; wish; expect; want.
When she first walked into the hypermarket, she fiddled with an automatic dishwasher obsessively. She turned on its switch and watched the trickling water, the slowly rotating cantilever and the flickering lights in the dishwasher. When Charles the Great and her dig the last in the hypermarket, they still didn't forget to fiddle with the automatic dishwasher when the wind was released.
In the pitch-black hypermarket, the automatic dishwasher was running loudly, and the trickling water slowly ran across the transparent shell of the dishwasher under the endless light, looking at it in such a fascinating manner and stroking it. Automatic dishwasher represents the hope; wish; expect; want to life, it can replace the dirty dishes in the kitchen sink . It seems that it represents the ability to wash away the misfortune and despair in one's life.
The film still gave a good ending to wash away the thick sad and despair. What if I opened the lid of that appliance and found nothing, what if the movie ended immediately after Charles the Great's face was illuminated by a golden light? But no matter how you change the ending, there seems to be a faint breath of hope;wish;expect;want. Perhaps human beings are always looking for hope;wish;expect;want naturally.
