However, he succeeded in stopping the robbery one time later, allowing the American media and the public to get to know this little superhero who was a violent and peaceful superhero, and met a pair of superhero father and daughter "Big Daddy" and "Super Killer Girl". Unexpectedly, the big drug lord Frank Amick regarded him as a thorn in his eyes. His son disguised himself as the superhero "Red Tornado", and wanted to get close to the "King of the Sea" and wipe out the other superheroes.
