The contrast between the two fairies at the beginning is very eye-catching

The title is very common. This refers to the 2006 French anti-war film directed by Christian Cassillon. The film is adapted from a warm and true event in the early days of World War I. The two warring parties suddenly put down their weapons during Christmas and celebrated the holiday together. Of course, these officers and soldiers were punished and transferred from the government. Although the ending notes that the event is fictitious, in fact most of the details can be found in historical prototypes, including the cat’s funny knot

Horstmayer: I heard last night about your wife. If you like, I can get a letter through to her.
Lieutenant Audebert: Why would you do that? If you got caught...
Horstmayer: [scoffs] One letter won't stop us winning the war. And anyhow, when we'll have taken Paris and it's over, you can invite us for a drink in Rue Vavin.
Lieutenant Audebert: You don't have to invade Paris to drop round for a drink.

Gordon: We were talking about a cease fire, for Christmas Eve. What do you think? The outcome of this war wont be decided tonight. I don't think anyone would criticize us for laying down our riffles on Christmas Eve.
