In the antique robot window, Sony’s robot dog Aibo AIBO is on display.
In the film, Will Smith drove a concept car called Audi RSQ, which was specially designed by Audi for this film. Director Alex Proyas also provided suggestions for the special appearance design of the car.
For the suspected robot Sonny, the crew adopted the same approach used to create Gollum in "The Lord of the Rings: Two Towers": Alan Tudyk provided Sonny with body movements and sounds.

At the end of the film, Spooner’s grandmother’s prayer sentence is from "Bible·Psalm" 16:8 "I always put the Lord before me. Because he is on my right, I will not be shaken."
Sonny's eyes are blue, and all other NS-5 robots have golden eyes.
