Humanity movie plot

In the peaceful town of Bayelles, in the Flanders region of northwestern France, a sensational case of the rape and murder of a young girl is investigated by a simple police lieutenant, Farah. Farah is a thirty-year-old single man who lives with his mother. His personality is pure and humble, and he has no scheming to trust people. His movements are a bit sluggish, his nature is sensitive, he can often empathize with other people's mistakes, and sometimes he will cry at the cruel TV pictures, and encounter too many vile or evil things at work, and gradually feel scared and lost. Farah is a bit autistic and has very few people to talk to. He fell in love with his neighbor Domino, a twenty-three-year-old factory worker.
