Humanity evaluation action

"L'humanité" is more of a calm and depressing atmosphere, which is the personal style of the film's director Bruno Dumont. The two-and-a-half-hour-long film, with its slow and lengthy narration, is a test of the audience's patience with its meticulous portrayal of the details of daily life. The film is a work full of naturalistic style, rejecting all subjective romantic imagination, exaggeration and lyrical description as much as possible, and showing the most instinctive and primitive state of life with rigorous and realistic pictures. The plots related to lust and murder in the film are all naked in the film, without the slightest modification and avoidance. Through this film, Bruno Dumont makes an absolutely objective and simple description of the details of real life, like a calm bystander, reflecting a vulgar nature observed at random, and it is this vulgar nature that restores human nature. The essence is a kind of animal nature hidden in the depths of human nature. As a non-professional actor, the leading actor Emmanuel Schotté, like Farah in the film, is also a bit autistic. In the film, he vividly shows Farah's slow and autistic characteristics. Rather than a performance, it is better to say that this is himself.
