Margaret Ford, the author of the best-selling book "The Driving Force of Behavior", is a psychoanalyst. To help her patient Billy, a gambler whose life is threatened because of gambling debts, she went to the casino to understand the gambler. In his psychological condition, he met Billy’s creditor Mike there. With a glib mouthful of sweet words, Mike tried his best to drag Margaret into the water. Under Mike's temptation, part of Margaret herself seemed to have recovered and achieved a certain "liberation". She participated in a so-called gambling scam, but this elaborate scam went wrong. Margaret accidentally killed a police officer and compensated Mike with US$80,000. Because of this accident, Margaret broke down very much. Later, Margaret discovered that all of this turned out to be a big scam, and she was scammed by Mike. In order to recoup the lost money, Margaret also set up a game, but Mike saw it through, and she had to shoot him to death. Margaret became a genuine gambler, she used everything she could to get what she wanted.

Somehow, I think the movie could be more interesting, the story isn't particularly believable.

The story is alright and captivating. But the more you get behind it, the worse it gets.
