Under Mike's temptation, part of Margaret herself seemed to have recovered and achieved a certain "liberation". She participated in a so-called gambling scam, but this elaborate scam went wrong. Margaret accidentally killed a police officer and compensated Mike with US$80,000. Because of this accident, Margaret broke down very much. Later, Margaret discovered that all of this turned out to be a big scam, and she was scammed by Mike. In order to recoup the lost money, Margaret also set up a game, but Mike saw it through, and she had to shoot him to death.
