In a small town in Pennsylvania in the United States, most of the townspeople work in an auto parts assembly factory, and the prosperity of the entire town is maintained here. However, the economic downturn forced the factory to close its doors. Stevenson is an employee of this factory. For himself and for the whole town, he jumped out to lobby a Japanese car company to buy the factory so that everyone could keep their jobs.
As the saying goes, "Some people do the killing business, but no one does the losing business." The Japanese took over the American factories, of course, hoping to make enough profits. The key is not only the transfer of advanced technology from the Japanese, but also the dedication of American employees to make the production line more efficient
