Ohio, USA in the 1970s. A hurricane destroyed half of the town. Fourteen-year-old boy Solomon (Jacob Reynolds) and boy Tucker (Nick Sutton) are two idle street gangsters. This brutal hurricane not only destroyed everything in the town, but also took the lives of many residents, including Solomon's father. Solomon lives with his mentally ill mother, while Tucker lives with his widowed father. Both brothers and sisters have lost their way in life, taking drugs, wrenching their wrists and killing cats every day for fun. In this tragic and meaningless world, the two boys who have nothing to do with each other live in such a boring and numb life. Tomorrow is like a fake for the two of them, and they can only continue to degenerate
