An ordinary American family , the father is a psychiatrist, the mother is a reporter, and a group of naughty children. "Growing Pains" is about the Seaver family who live in suburban America (perhaps the term "urban outskirts" is more appropriate). They live in the suburbs of New York. Their father, Jason Seaver, is a psychiatrist, and their mother, Maggie Seaver, a journalist. They have three children: Mike, Carlo Carol and Ben. At the beginning of the story, Maggie went back to the TV station and started to work, while Jason opened his psychological clinic at home. Interesting stories happened one by one. But later, with the development of the plot, there were some plot changes and the addition of new actors.
