Pauland Jessieare an enviable couple who have been happily married for 10 years, with smooth jobs, stable income and sweet love. Most fortunate for the couple, they have a smart and well-behaved son, little Adam. A sudden car accident took the life of little Adam, but the couple could only watch their son's body become cold., an eccentric doctor , appears before them, offering to help them rescue their son by cloning. The distressed couple accepted Dr. Wells' proposal and sent their son's body to Dr. Wells' institute. The experiment was so successful that little Adam was regenerated in the medical laboratory. Paul and Jessie were ecstatic, and they brought the baby home to raise. However, they gradually discovered that there were some subtle differences between this new son and the previous son.
