When filming "Dr. No", the two producers, Albert R. Broccoli and Harry Salzman, decided to combine Ian Fleming's 1956 novel "Love from Russia" As the second film in the 007 series, it was put on the screen.
Fleming's original work is a novel set in the Cold War. In order to avoid political controversy, the producer decided to change the Soviet spy organization SMERSH in the book to the crime group Devil Party. Peter R. Hunter started editing before the main plot of the film was completed. Hunter and Yang decided to use Bond's training scene as the pre-title scene, thus creating the classic logo of the future 007 series of movies. Although the film encountered problems such as slow progress and budget overruns during the filming, the producer has already announced that the film will premiere in October, and the crew must make every effort to make it as scheduled.
