The plane flies at an altitude of 40,000 feet, and Kyler Prattand daughter Julia are preparing to return to their home in New York from Berlin. Enduring the grief of her husband's unexpected death and unable to face the young Julia's question about where his father has gone, Keller tried to suppress his emotions. However, the nightmarish encounter did not end, on the contrary, everything has just begun. The long-distance flight made Keller extremely tired. She woke up in a dazed sleep, only to find that Julia suddenly disappeared at midnight.
The sudden change was like a thunderbolt in the sky. The exhausted Keller was almost on the verge of madness, and all the flight attendants on the plane were in chaos, desperately looking for the 6-year-old Julia who had disappeared out of thin air. However, after using all the power to search the entire cabin, Julia was nowhere to be seen. What made Keller unacceptable was that the hundreds of passengers on the plane unanimously said that they had never seen a little girl boarding the plane. All the evidence began to point to the same conclusion, Julia has never boarded this extremely luxurious aircraft! The strong Keller was almost crazy in the face of successive blows, but she was convinced that her daughter was on the plane and decided not to listen to anyone's advice, and persistently searched for her daughter's whereabouts in every corner of the cabin.
Time passed, Keller’s expression and perseverance had infected every passenger on the plane, doubting, suspicion, and whispering. At the same time, Captain Richand flight attendant Marshallalso began to have doubts about Keller's actions and words. Before long, even more shocking news came.
