Franklin, the owner of the biochemical pharmaceutical factory, is a sponsor of the Subsea Research Center. He provided huge funds for Dr. Susan to study the miracle pill against Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Susan and her research team are in the seabed research center in the isolated sea, using sharks as experimental subjects, taking proteins from their brains and injecting them into human necrotic brain cells to accomplish great medical achievements. However, Franklin planned to end the funding support of the research center because of the investment failure, which was a major blow to the successful doctor Susan. After working hard to persuade, Franklin had to ask to see the results as soon as possible, and came to the research room to witness their achievements.
The storm is slowly approaching the Seabed Research Center. In order to achieve this goal, Dr. Susan has already increased the shark’s brain capacity to extract more brain proteins, but at the same time the sharks have gradually become smarter and stronger. This unknown change was only noticed by Dr. Susan and Carter, the diver who was getting along with the shark day and night. Carter warned Susan, but Susan ignored it in order to make the experiment proceed normally. Finally, in the last successful experiment, the shark launched a fatal revenge on humans.
