The story happened in a small town adjacent to the Old-growth forest . A logging company was working in the forest. At this time, snow fell and the operation was temporarily stopped, but then a brutal and bloody incident occurred. At the same time, Sheriff Paul Heard (Kevin Durand de Kevin Durand) and his new partner Downey had just finished several alarm incidents, and then drove to the house of ex-wife Susan (Bianca Kajlich) to pick them up. Take his son Adam (played by Ethan Khusidman) back to live in his own home. Nothing happened overnight.
