In order to create a spectacular scene where Su and Ling are at the top of the fire at the end of the film, the crew laid the apron in the film and buried a propane pipe under the ground controlled by the special effects department. The director Bakovia initially planned to take a panoramic shot and set fire around the actors, but because the flame temperature and fierce fire would endanger the cast and crew, he had to use special effects in post-production.
