Colonia evaluation action

"Colonia" did not choose to voluntarily or passively join the perspective of the Chilean locals in a gated community, but from the perspective of two outsiders, it superficially explores the microcosm and the political reality of the entire era. The film's opening uses montages to intercept the documentary "Battle of Chile" shot by Patricio Guzman. In addition to this, there are few real scenes of the political turmoil in the 1970s. After Lena and Daniel entered the gated community, the whole movie became a jail emotional scene. The film is at best a fictitious prison film, a mediocre work.

Paul Schäfer: Oh I can see. Your sadness in your eyes. Doubts in your heart. Turmoil in your soul. Oh you think you made a mistake, that you shouldn't have come here. You regret. You regret deeply. It's OK. It's OK, Lena. We're not perfect. No, none of us. We all lose our way sometimes. The lord loves us, imperfect as we are.
