The film was filmed between August and November 2010, mainly in five cities: Paris, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans and Mexico. Many scenes in the film and even different shots in the same set of paragraphs were shot in different studios and different cities.
The set of shots from the police station involved more than a dozen studios in Paris, Mexico, and New Orleans. The car that Karalea entered was located in a location in New Orleans, the police station lobby that she walked into was in Mexico, and the cell she was finally put in was in her studio in Paris. What followed was the arrival of the prison guard Rizzo, which was filmed in another set in Mexico; and the cell where Rizzo entered returned to his studio in Paris. The shots of Karaleya walking out of the cell were shot in Paris, and these shots switched back and forth with shots from the surveillance room recorded in Mexico and the ventilation ducts recorded in Paris. The footage of Rizzo's death was shot in another studio in Paris. When Karaleya escaped from the roof, this is the roof of the Paris studio, but made of iron sheets from New Orleans and Mexico City.
