Directed by Andrew Davis. As a movie from 2002, although it is a governor's movie, it is different from the hardcore movies of the past. In the movie, the governor never fired a shot, but he still slammed into the guerrillas who created a civil war country as a civilian to take revenge. The script of the film is actually a bit exaggerated, but there should be some reversals. In the end, the villain was not killed by the bomb and had to struggle to the death unexpectedly, which is still a cliché. The film's political dabbling is relatively shallow. After all, the US imperialists themselves often interfere in other countries' civil wars or political conduct.
