Collateral Damage Creative background

The story idea of "Collateral Damage" was originally proposed by the screenwriter and editor Ronald Rose. He told his friend David Foster about the idea, as the one who had participated in the filming of "Wild River" and "Zorro". The producer of "Mask", Foster is very optimistic about the film potential of the story, and he strongly invited Steven Ruther, the producer of "Like an Old Man", "Changing Face" and "Rock Star" to jointly prepare for the filming.
Before the film, the producer Ruther had collaborated with the director Andy Davis in the film "Dian Long Bang Tian".
