The Richmond High School basketball team had never won in any game before. It was a team that has been losing and fighting. All this has changed after Coach Cartercoached. He believes that this team can become the best basketball team under his leadership, so he asks his players to sign an agreement with him, stipulating that if the team is not united or the results are not good, he will not continue to participate in any competitions.
